It is my pleasure to introduce this strategy of Intelligence Securico Ltd. This strategy seeks to continue the rollout of the ISL’s vision while at the same time maintaining high standards in security industry. As a company we are proud of all that has been achieved. Working with all stakeholders, the company has succeeded in raising standards within the industry for the benefit of all including the public clients, private clients, & employees. As the company looks forward and seeks to meet and exceed the customer expectations it must prepare itself for greeter developments within the industry. Technology continues to evolve at a rapid pace and offer new opportunities. This poses significant challenges for the company as it must prepared to be innovative an industry which is expanding beyond the traditional understanding of security and is using technologies and systems which were not envisaged when the company started. To this end, it is critical that the company is equipped with the resources, tools and ICT Systems necessary to over security solutions whose developments will be heavily reliant on technology. While these continues to be challenging times, and funding and resources are difficult to obtain, it is critical that the company develops and, at a minimum, keeps pace with developments within the industry. I would like to thank MD, HODs, Staff, & stakeholders who have contributed to the formulation of this strategy. I would also like to acknowledge the hard work of the Executive and the staff and I look forward to working with them to deliver on the commitments of the new strategy.

EXCUTIVE SUMMARY
Greetings to the ISL team, it is with pleasure to announce that the company strategy 2018-2023 is ready to be implemented.
Our strategy shall be anchored on 4 Strategic Pillars which were derived from an analysis of issues at the development phase. Over the next 5 years we shall focus on the following areas:
- Improving on the Financial Management of the Organization
- Efficiency of the Human Resources Function
- Enhancing Application of Technology and Innovation
- Improving on Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Compliance
- Improving the safety and health system for our staff, environment and property
The goal of the strategy shall be improve profitability by increasing revenue and enhancing customer service. We have therefore adopted a growth- oriented strategy.
Implementation and Evaluation shall also be very important. ISL shall use the Balanced
Scorecard to align day-to-day work with our new Core Ideology Statements and the 4 Strategic Pillars.
Our goal shall only be achieved if work as a team. We shall learn from our last plan, work on empowerment and information flow.
